First Week - Resolutions

In this first week of January, we should keep simple. Let's write down our goals and keep close as possible.
One of mine is spread my thoughs and be able to follow each one of them.
I decide to create a YouTube channel : BUIU BJJ Team so I will try my best to manage videos, and pictures collages so my TEAM can be watched from any where.
Hopefully, I can reach old friends and make new ones, without interfere in the process of progress and positivity that Jiu Jitsu brings to all of us.
I hope you can enjoy.
This past week we worked at Passing Butterfly Guard. I will tag a Novice Level in this one.
