Motivation

Motivation

A word that have a lot of meaning.
Some they have all the time. A few keep alive. Don't you ever think you lost it? You don't. You have it inside of you. Just sometimes need to be fire up. Not from you dad, brother or your best friend. But from somebody strong than you: your mind. Motivation can be light up with music or a tattoo that you dream about it. Motivation is a close word for me to wake up and do your best everyday because in someplace has someone doing better than you. Wake for life!!! Is short and if you don't take advantage for the opportunities that life preserve for you would be impossible for you get up and go. Those that just sit there and watch 10..20..30 minutes pass by and don't move a muscle will be the ones that in bright future won't be able to share any history or passage from they're life's.
Wake up that dragon you have inside of you and make a better day the next few hours. Our ancestries didn't have all technology from the days now and they tough us be a better person only with book and teaching from the daily basis. Believe, you can’t ever give up from a dream until become true.
If this message help you someway how make sure tomorrow you make a better day than today.
Make sure you are more productive.
Make some impact in your life.
She is short. Pass fast.

First Week - Resolutions

In this first week of January, we should keep simple. Let's write down our goals and keep close as possible.
One of mine is spread my thoughs and be able to follow each one of them.
I decide to create a YouTube channel : BUIU BJJ Team so I will try my best to manage videos, and pictures collages so my TEAM can be watched from any where.
Hopefully, I can reach old friends and make new ones, without interfere in the process of progress and positivity that Jiu Jitsu brings to all of us.
I hope you can enjoy.
This past week we worked at Passing Butterfly Guard. I will tag a Novice Level in this one.
Video coming soon.

Around me : Jiu Jitsu

What a moment. Graduation; Ceremony; Picnic... everyone can call many names. But the sense of accomplishment you will see after a year of hard work and dedication arrived.

For a couple months, me and my wife, keep working to have a great party to friends, family and students. My body just feel a tremendous excitement because this year was special. My mom arrived from Brazil, to live and see her grandchild. I graduate my friend, pastor and student to a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Plus, 85 students achieved they're belts. Also, we gave the Awards to those that, follow in the steps what we plant everyday at Carlson Gracie Miami, in West Kendall, Miami, Florida.

My student: Tom Lynn, had, once again, a brilliant idea to create a gofundme to make a tarp be reality. He always go with a great end. Last year, they are be able to give to the dojo, brand new mats!!!! I'm gonna tell you something: I will keep praying for GOD give to everyone that helps me and my family, to he give in double for them. Seriously, thats the minimum I can do. But I will keep doing in.

He's the tarp, we just put it up so we can see the measure. But looks fantastic!!!!!!

Miami Open 2015

Unexpected!!! That's exactly what I have to say. This year, were blessed!! Professors Rinaldo Santos and Fabio Novaes team up forces and we are be able to achieve a great result. 2nd place for us, among with 59 competitors. That we just a small number compare with the other Teams with biggest amount of athletes. But you know what ? Was proven that quality overcome quantity. Thanks to all the students that make this possible. Truly greatful for those that are helping me out achieve all the good things and send positive energy. And all friends and family that wish us luck.! OSS!!!
